| Meet the Director 
Pamela J. Perry is a professor of Music and Chair of the Music Department at Central Connecticut State University, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in choral music education, directs the CCSU University Singers, and is Director of the Summer Music Institute. From 1985 to 1990 she was the Director of Choral Activities at the Hartt school, University of Hartford, directing the Hartt Symphonic Choir and the Hartt Collegiate Singers. Dr. Perry attended the Eastman School of Music and Wheaton College. She holds a Master of Science in Music Ed. degree from the University of Illinois, and a Doctor of Music Arts degree from the Hartt School of Music in Hartford CT.
Dr. Perry is a frequent guest conductor at regional and all-state choral festivals, and serves as an adjudicator and clinician throughout the counrty. One of many special highlights include 1993 when she served as a guest conductor of the International Schools Honors Choir Festival in Dusseldorf, Germany. |
